Terms of Service

Weldigami Onshape Applications

1. Agreement

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is between you and Weldigami and governs your use of Weldigami's applications for Onshape, including Note Studio and any future Onshape applications (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Weldigami grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal, lawful purposes. No rights are granted except as stated in this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product.
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CAD files, designs, documents, and other content ("User Content"). Weldigami retains all rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, interfaces, and branding.

You grant Weldigami a limited license to process User Content solely to provide the Service. Weldigami does not claim ownership over your content.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Onshape, a product of PTC Inc. Your use of Onshape is governed by its own terms. Weldigami accesses your Onshape data only as necessary to provide the Service through authorized OAuth scopes.

Weldigami is not responsible for the availability or data handling of third-party platforms.

6. Data and Privacy

We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis with no guaranteed uptime. Weldigami may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELDIGAMI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You are responsible for verifying any outputs from the Service before relying on them for manufacturing, safety-critical, or commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELDIGAMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

WELDIGAMI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weldigami from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Weldigami may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes

Weldigami may update this Agreement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
